Timothy Kery

Founder & President

As President of Sagamore, Tim is responsible for the strategic leadership of the company and works closely with clients and partners to develop initiatives that accelerate growth and reduce costs using Sagamore’s methodology. He helped develop core processes, tools, and methods that power our sales and marketing enablement capabilities, leading integrated sales programs for clients such as DePuy Synthes and B Braun. Tim has 25+ years of experience building and managing channel sales organizations, including co-founding BearHill Security and serving as VP of U.S. Sales at Westcon. He holds a B.S. in Marketing and an A.S. in Management from Bentley College.

John Giordan

Vice President, Sales & Business Development

John leads Sagamore’s Commercial Sales and Business Development, partnering with clients to design optimal go-to-market strategies and deliver measurable results. He develops new partnerships, penetrates new markets, and shapes new service offerings while coaching the Sagamore Sales Organization. Previously, John spent 20 years in senior commercial leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, including AVP at DePuy Synthes overseeing a $200MM organization and Worldwide Director of Sales & Professional Education. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Rebecca Ferreira

Senior Director of Operations

Rebecca has served as Sr. Director of Operations since 2018. With over a decade in medical sales, starting at Schoelly USA, she’s recognized for driving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and implementing scalable systems that support Sagamore’s growth. Dedicated to leading by example, Rebecca builds efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. She holds a B.A. in Accounting from Assumption University.

Kaleigh Richardson, MS, PMP

Director of Sales Enablement & Project Management

Kaleigh oversees teams specializing in urology and peripheral vascular solutions and brings 10+ years in sales leadership and project management. Known for pairing strategic thinking with relationship-building, she guides teams to successful outcomes through organized planning and effective collaboration. She balances big-picture vision with attention to detail, driving results for clients and colleagues. Kaleigh holds a Master’s degree from Northeastern University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Dwight Anderson

Director of Inside Sales

Dwight Anderson is the Director of Inside Sales at Sagamore Sales & Marketing, leading teams across orthopedics, robotics, pharmaceuticals, and service programs. With more than seven years at Sagamore, he has a proven record of driving growth, building strong client partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. His background spans multiple therapeutic areas, giving him a broad and strategic perspective on healthcare sales. Dwight holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island.

Annie Casley

Senior Sales Manager

Annie Casley serves as Senior Sales Manager at Sagamore Sales & Marketing, where she leads teams focused on infusion therapy, patient access, clinical nutrition, anesthesia, and operating room solutions. Since joining Sagamore in 2019, Annie has advanced through several roles—from Inside Sales Representative to Senior ISR, Team Lead, and now senior leadership. She is passionate about developing talent, fostering collaboration, and aligning strategic vision with execution to deliver strong results. Annie holds a degree in Educational Studies from Roger Williams University.

Austin Butler

Senior Sales Manager

Austin Austin Butler is Senior Sales Manager at Sagamore Sales & Marketing, overseeing teams that support general surgery and veterinary healthcare. His expertise includes wound closure, biosurgery, energy systems, orthopedics, and implants. Since joining Sagamore in 2019, he has advanced through multiple sales and leadership roles, consistently driving performance and team growth. Austin earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Colby-Sawyer College.
