Fred Corsentino
Advisor
Fred is a veteran sales and business development leader with decades of experience driving growth in cybersecurity, telecommunications, and emerging technologies. He has scaled companies from early revenue to IPO, including Meru Networks and Western Multiplex, and served as Chief Revenue Officer at Comodo. Fred also held executive roles at BIO-key and has advised numerous technology firms on global expansion and go-to-market strategy. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Castle Rock Microwave, is President of BraveHearts of St. Francis Hospital, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Academy. Fred holds a B.S. in Economics from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University.
Michael McBreen

Michael is a seasoned MedTech executive with more than 30 years of global leadership experience across surgical specialties. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and President of Codman Specialty Surgical at Integra LifeSciences, where he oversees strategy and commercial operations for neurosurgical and surgical instrumentation portfolios. Throughout his career, Michael has led international expansion, marketing, and commercial transformation initiatives at leading healthcare companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Biomet, and Codman Neurosurgery. Known for his collaborative leadership style and focus on growth through innovation, he has guided teams across multiple global markets. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Providence College.

Michael is a financial advisor and investor, with more than 30 years of experience guiding and supporting entrepreneurs, family businesses, and boards. He is Co-Founder of Hesperia Capital, a growth equity investment platform focused on mission driven companies. He has advised and invested in hundreds of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations. Michael holds a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University and an MBA from Cornell University.
Rob Saron

Rob is an accomplished medical device executive with extensive experience in global distribution, sales, and marketing. He previously served as President and Director of a leading electrosurgical technology company, where he drove significant growth and innovation. Earlier in his career, he held the role of Senior Vice President of Global Distribution, overseeing international market expansion and strategic partnerships. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Rob was inducted into the Medical Distribution Hall of Fame in 2013 and has held leadership roles with HMMC and HIDA. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Florida.
