As President of Sagamore, Tim Kery is responsible for the strategic leadership of the company. Tim works closely with Sagamore’s clients and partners to develop strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and reduce costs through the application of Sagamore’s methodology. Tim has been instrumental in developing processes, tools and methods that are core to Sagamore’s sales and marketing enablement capabilities. Under his leadership, Sagamore has developed and successfully implemented integrated sales programs for clients such as DePuy Synthes and Ethicon.
Tim has spent more than 20 years devising and executing go-to-market sales strategies, in particular, building and managing channel sales organizations. Prior to Sagamore, he was a co-founder of BearHill Security, an information security and risk management consultancy specializing in risk analysis and HIPAA GAP Analysis. Prior to BearHill, Tim served as Vice President of US Sales for Westcon, Inc., a global distributor of leading networking technology products and a division of the $3.3 Billion Westcon Group. In this role, Tim led a $300 million organization consisting of sales, pre-sales engineering, training, and customer support teams calling on 5000 reseller and integrator partners.
Tim earned a B.S. in Marketing and an A.S. in Management from Bentley College.
As Vice President of Sales & Business Development, John Giordan is responsible for leading Sagamore’s Commercial Sales and Business Development efforts. John works closely with Sagamore’s clients to design optimal commercial go-to-market strategies and deliver sales teams that provide measurable results. In addition, John is responsible for developing new client partnerships, penetrating new markets, and creating new service offerings. John also provides coaching, counseling and professional development to the Sagamore Sales Organization ensuring a commitment to consistent improvement and superior customer satisfaction.
John spent the last 20 years with Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices serving in senior level commercial leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, and Professional Education. Prior to Sagamore, John was an Area Vice President for Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division where he led a $200MM organization focused on Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, CMF & Power Tools. Prior to the AVP role, John was the Worldwide Director of Sales and Professional Education for DePuy Synthes where he led a team that developed and delivered in excess of 120 Sales and Surgeon professional education programs annually.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Bryant University
