As President of Sagamore, Timothy Kery is responsible for the strategic leadership of the company. Kery works closely with Sagamore’s clients and partners to develop strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and reduce costs through the application of Sagamore’s methodology. Kery is also responsible for evolving Sagamore’s strategy for penetrating new markets, optimizing existing service offerings, and creating new service offerings. Under his leadership, Sagamore has developed and successfully implemented integrated sales programs for clients such as DePuy Synthes and Ethicon.
Kery has spent more than 20 years devising and executing go-to-market sales strategies, in particular, building and managing channel sales organizations. Prior to Sagamore, he was a co-founder of BearHill Security, an information security and risk management consultancy specializing in risk analysis and HIPAA GAP Analysis. Prior to BearHill, Kery served as Vice President of US Sales for Westcon, Inc., a global distributor of leading networking technology products and a division of the $3.3 Billion Westcon Group. In this role, Kery led a $300 million organization consisting of sales, pre-sales engineering, training, and customer support teams calling on 5000 reseller and integrator partners.
Kery earned a B.S. in Marketing and an A.S. in Management from Bentley College.
As Vice President of Sagamore, Bernhard Erb is responsible for operational leadership of the company. Erb has been instrumental in developing processes, tools and methods that are core to Sagamore’s sales and marketing process enablement capabilities. These include customer relationship management and sales analytics platforms that drive better ROI and more predictability in sales and marketing forecasting models. Under Erb’s direction, Sagamore has developed practices that foster a performance-based culture that has generated millions of dollars in sales for Sagamore’s clientele.
Erb brings more than 20 years of experience managing sales operations organizations that have enabled hundreds of millions in channel sell-through. Prior to Sagamore, he was the Vice President of Operations for BearHill Security, an information security and risk management consultancy specializing in risk analysis and HIPAA GAP Analysis. Prior to BearHill, he was the Vice President of Operations for Voda One, a global distributor of leading communication technology products and a division of the $3.3 Billion Westcon Group. In this role, Erb led a $200 million dollar organization responsible for Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality Systems, and Information Technology.
Bernhard earned a B.A. cum laude in Economics & Political Science from Marist College and an MBA through the University of Pittsburgh’s – Katz EMBA Worldwide program.
